Adorable. Easy to assemble. Just add the side room attachment for extra predator protection with four provided screws in pre-drilled holes with the provided screwdriver. Easy mounting instructions for either post, tree, or pole with hardware for each option. Durable. I added a few drill holes at the bottom in case of water entering. It comes pre-oiled and ready to be outside. It also has the little groves on the walls for baby squirrels to climb easier, very thoughtful. This is well made. It also smells wonderful. I don't know what oil they used, but it has a rosemary scent to it? Not sure what it is, but it's very pleasant. This little squirrel barn hide is better in real life than in pictures.
