The LUX 100-Day Guarantee

Every product bought from luxsports.co is covered by the LUX 100-Day Guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 100 days of delivery, for any reason, we'll exchange it or refund it in full. No forms, no argument.

What's covered

• Fit. Wrong size, wrong length, doesn't feel right in your boot.
• Grip. The Dual Grip™ pads aren't doing what you expected.
• Durability. Pads lifting, seams going or the sock wearing through within 100 days of normal use and washing.
• Changed your mind. That counts too.

Worn socks are covered. A guarantee you can only use on unworn socks isn't a guarantee.

How to claim

1. Email wecare@luxsports.co within 100 days of delivery with your order number and what you'd like: a different size, a different colour, or a refund.
2. For a durability claim, attach a photo. That's usually all we need and it means you can often keep the pair while we send the replacement.
3. We'll confirm by email within two business days, with return instructions if we need the product back.
4. Refunds go to your original payment method once approved, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

The details

• The guarantee applies to products bought on luxsports.co. If you bought LUX from Amazon or a retailer, your guarantee is with them; contact them first and copy us in if you get stuck.
• One claim per pair. If a replacement pair has a problem, get in touch and we'll sort it, but the clock doesn't reset indefinitely.
• Normal wear means playing and training in them and washing them as instructed: cold wash, inside out, air dry, no fabric softener. Socks put in a hot tumble dryer or cut for a custom fit aren't covered, though we'll still help where we can.
• Where we ask for the product back on a change-of-mind claim, you cover the return postage. We cover it on a fault.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, not instead of them. In the EU and UK you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase, and in Australia our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Why 100 days

LUX socks are tested to more than 100 match washes. A week isn't long enough to find out whether a sock holds up; a season is. A hundred days covers pre-season and the first half of the campaign, which is where a cheap sock gives out. Over 1 million pairs sold and the guarantee still stands on every one of them.
